Eric Bickford founded MacWeb with one goal in mind – empower developers and technical teams everywhere to innovate by providing Mac-based cloud services so they can build and deploy their applications and AI quickly and easily. Built by developers, for developers, MacWeb empower teams everywhere with instant access to dedicated Mac mini and Mac Studio systems, enabling rapid builds, seamless testing, efficient AI models and secure deployments. MacWeb is the developer-first, cloud services company for scalable, high-performance Mac deployment.
Our mission is to empower developers and IT teams everywhere to innovate at the speed of light using powerful cloud-based Mac bare metal on demand. For solo developers and enterprise, we offer bare metal Mac in the cloud or cluster solutions effortlessly.
Founder & CEO
Eric Bickford is the founder of MacWeb, delivering on-demand access to Mac mini and Mac Studio systems in the cloud. A longtime Apple enthusiast, he’s passionate about high-performance compute on Apple hardware. He previously co-founded KeyAssets, a used semiconductor equipment marketplace, and launched Web Broadcasting Corporation. Eric holds a BA from UC Santa Cruz in Environmental Studies and Politics.
CTO
Adam is an IT expert with deep experience in networking and infrastructure. Previously, he formed Subconscious, a networking consultancy that served a range of clients. Previously in his career he was head of IT at Playground Global, a Senior Network Engineer at Groupon, a Senior Network Engineer at Mozilla and other roles.
Support Engineer
Peter helps maintain our data center systems and resolves any client issues. In 1997 he formed Fab 7 Designs, a web consulting firm helping startups with their web sites and e-commerce activities. Earlier in his career he worked for Silicon Graphics in a variety of technical marketing roles. He has a BA from Carnegie Mellon University and studied computer science at Cayuga County Community College.

Eve Murto leads our marketing efforts, and has over 20 years of marketing experience including branding, awareness, digital, lead generation and campaigns. Previously she worked for Apple, Sun Microsystems, RoseRyan, CollabNet and consulted with several tech and financial startups. She earned her BA from Wellesley, and her MBA from University of Pennsylvania (The Wharton School).
VP Sales & Marketing
Ajay brings a wealth of sales and marketing expertise to his current role driving new business development at MacWeb. He has previously held Director-level positions in product marketing at leading technology companies, including SonicWall, Juniper Networks, Check Point and Nokia. Ajay holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Kansas.
